Cumberland Mountain State Park, Tennessee

Location

Cumberland Mountain State Park is on US127 south of the town of Crossville.

Description

This state park makes a very pleasant place to stop for a lunchtime picnic if you are travelling between the Great Smoky Mountains National Park - for example from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge - and the Nashville area - for example to the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
