404 Northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. There is an extremely impressive concrete arch bridge over Tennessee State Road 96 near the northern terminus of the Parkway.

105 to 113 Ross Barnett Reservoir parallels the Parkway for eight miles. As at Summer 1997 this section is under repair and closed, with diversions on normal roads.
102 Ridgeland Crafts Centre.
The section of the Parkway through Jackson has yet to be built. There is a diversion via I-55, I-220 and I-20 through the city. This comes as somewhat of a severe shock after the peaceful drive along the Parkway, and a map is essential since the signposting leaves something to be desired.
78 Battle of Raymond exhibit.
73 Dean's Stand exhibit. A "stand" was an inn where travellers on the Trace could spend the night.
54 Rocky Springs townsite exhibit, campground, picnic area and ranger station.
52 Owens Creek fills with water after heavy rain and creates a waterfall.

18 Bullen Creek twenty minute nature trail through a mixed hardwood and pine forest.

15 Mount Locust restored inn; ranger station. This is well worth a stop.
12 Turpin Creek picnic area.
10 Emerald Mound, built around 1300 by the ancestors of the Creek, Choctaw and Natchez Indians. This is located a short distance from the Parkway.
8 Southern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. The extreme southernmost section of the Parkway has not yet been constructed, and you enter Natchez via US61.
