Colorado State Highways 69, 96 and 67 South of Cañon City
Location
From US50 about twenty-five miles west of Cañon City, Colorado State Highway 69 heads south. Near the small town of Silver Cliff, Colorado State Highway 96 branches off to the east. At Wetmore Colorado State Highway 67 heads north to loop back to join US50 near Cañon City.
Description
This loop trip, although no great distance, passes through some very scenic typical Colorado ranching country.
Co96 briefly passes through the San Isabel National Forest.
