Value for money - a little more expensive than some of the other fast food chains but quality is consistently first class.
Cleanliness - generally very good although the carpets in dining areas are not always swept clean as frequently as necessary.
Quality and speed of service - generally very good. The person taking orders and operating the till is usually very good.
Wendy's consistently put a great deal of ice in soft drinks (even by American standards) but they will always honour requests for no ice or very little ice, provided you ask before they fill the drink.
Wendy's sadly seem to be withdrawing their excellent serve yourself salad bars. In April 2001 we didn't see a single one. Presumably this is due to high labour and wastage costs.
