Location
Spruce Pine is in western North Carolina, a few miles northwest of the Blue Ridge Parkway. It lies some way south of Boone.
Description
Spruce Pine is a pleasant little town, with a limited but just about adequate number of motels and fast food restaurants.
Trivia
If you're looking for the Hardee's in Spruce Pine, it's not too obviously located. It is in fact on US19E a couple of miles or so east of town.
