Mexican food. This chain started in 1992 and currently (Mar-03) has about 55 locations, mostly in Washington State and Oregon. They plan to open a further 25 stores during 2003 and intend to expand into most western states. The prices listed on their web site seem rather high for fast food, so perhaps they are waitress service or some other factor applies. Verified Mar-03.
