USA and Canada Holiday Hints |
We usually like to head out of the airport city as rapidly as possible on the morning after the flight so these motels are some considerable distance from the centre of the city. Therefore they would not be convenient bases for visiting the city itself.
These motels would be especially suitable if you are leaving Los Angeles on I-10 or I-15. If you are leaving in a different direction, for example on I-5 or up the Pacific Coast then they would be well out of your way.
There are a number of restaurants and shops close to each of these motels.

It is essential to have a map and a well prepared navigator before leaving the car rental depot and heading out onto the maze of the L.A. freeways.
Motel rates are provided for general guidance purposes only and have been taken from motel chain directories. Current rates may be higher. Rates at weekends and during holidays and special events may be higher. Rates are in US Dollars and exclude taxes.
The above are only some ideas - there are of course a vast number of other possibilities.
