Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), Washington State (SEA)
This airport has an underground transit system linking the terminals. The doors to this transit resemble large lift doors.
Sea-Tac is located south of the city of Seattle and is clearly signposted from I-5. Road access is relatively straightforward.
Security
In my experience receipts for suitcases are never checked when leaving the baggage return area at this airport, allowing any passenger to easily take anyone else's property by accident or on purpose.
News
From USA Today 25-Jul-03: A new terminal wing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport will cost $570 million, $90 million more than first estimated. A new baggage-screening system required by the federal government accounts for more than half of the increase. The building will be able to handle five million passengers a year.
